The Roncalli Institute believes that the elderly and handicapped should be able to maintain their independence when they cannot handle the burdens and expenses of home ownership. As we were taught to love each other as Christ loves us, Roncalli also believes that we should help those in need to live with dignity. To achieve that goal, Roncalli has established three housing facilities to serve the elderly and handicapped communities in Connecticut.

All three facilities offer a wide range of services and amenities to residents, ranging from van service to on-site maintenance to peaceful gardens for personal reflection. Community rooms are available for activities and visiting with guests.

Since security and safety are an important part of a comfortable home, Roncalli makes this a priority. Every apartment is equipped with an emergency pull-cord system, which is monitored 24 hours a day, and each facility has a full-time on-site manager.

By establishing and managing these caring, secure environments, the Roncalli Institute has created retirement communities with all the amenities for living a good life.
